All parties must be reserved with a deposit. This deposit may be made immediately online via our secure server to secure the date, or you may wish to wait and speak with us first, in which case we will process your deposit over the phone, if paying with credit card.
We do tend to book up quickly, and sometimes pretty far in advance. If you pay for a deposit before we speak, and we are not available at that time, you will receive a 100% full refund within three days. A deposit may also be mailed, if by money order or other form of payment.
The balance will be due at the conclusion fo your party. You will only be accountable for the actual number of guests attending. Pricing will be based on the number of guests, and how many each were to receive (which package you chose), plus any add-ons that you ordered.
If paying
by cash, PayPal, credit or debit card, payment may be made at the conclusion of the party. We do not force a gratuity upon anyone. If you wish to tip, that is entirely your choice, and is always much appreciated.
